　　1)The enterprises will enjoy the preferential policies issued by the state and the local governments.

　　2)value-added tax;The enterprises which fixed-assets investment amounts over 10 million yuan and not more than 40 million yuan one-off will be rewarded a 75%of the development zone remains in first 2 years and a 50% in the latter 3 years.

　　3)Income tax:The enterprises which fixed-assets investment amounts over 10 million yuan and not more than 40 million yuan one-off will be rewarded 100% of the developmet zone remains in first 2years and a 50% in the latter 3 years,since the projects pur into opreation.If the investment is over 40 million yuan the enterprises will be rewarded 100% of the remains in first 3years and a 50% in the latter 3years by the county or zone finance departments from the date of theirs opening.

　　4)Business tax:A 50% of the zone net remains is rewarded to the enterprises in 5years from the date of theirs opening.

　　4.Charges

　　The projects will be exempted from all the administrative charges except the oldage pension by the county and any charges levied by the municipal or provincial departments will be paid at the lowest standard.

　　5.Reward

　　The industrial projects introducer will be rewarded a 1‰--2‰ of the total capital which actually has put into the investment account,after the project begins to put into operation.The person who provides very important information which help to invite the investment will gain 3000-5000 yuan after the enterprise enters into the development zone.
